This was my first time transporting a vehicle and I'm sure I'll be better prepared next time. Like there's an app so you can take pics of your vehicle before and after. There is a lot more behind the scenes that goes into transporting a vehicle then the average person knows. The bottom line is communication and for me I thought they met that expectation of communication throughout this process.
