Ochi of TES Transportation picked up our cars in LA and transported them to Baltimore. I was able to keep in touch with him very easily via text to track his progress across the country. The delivery was delayed by a couple of days, but that was due to weather (winter transport). The cars arrived dirty, but that's to be expected using an open carrier, as we did. Overall, we were very happy that our cars were returned to us safely and with no damage. Ship-A-Car direct was also very communicative and responded to my initial request for a quote by calling me within 5 minutes of my submitting a request. I would recommend both Ship-A-Car Direct and TES Transport to friends.
