Our apologies if you found Gaby hard to reach, that isn't usual. We will definitely work to improve our communication. We also have our 24/7 support line that you can call when our reps are not working, like evenings and weekends. The quote, on the other hand, is always an estimate of what the final price may be to get your car moved. Certain times, availability, and other factors can always effect the price.
