My first available pickup date was Feb 20 and I was told car would most likely be picked up on the 21st. It was picked up, as expected, on the 21st. Delivery could have taken two or three days and it was three. Not unexpected and definitely in the window. Everyone I spoke with was great from Scott at Ship a Car Direct, to the local company, to the driver. I could reach people at all stages of my car's journey. Yes, it was dirty and what would one expect on an open carrier? No problem.
