This was by far the easiest part of our relocation. Since we were moving in the winter I decided to ship my car in an enclosed transporter. One phone call and was assigned an adviser who took care of me throughout the entire process. Got a quote and set up the dates. They were periodically emailing me to ensure everything was still on schedule right up to the pickup day. The truck showed up on time and I got a delivery phone call on the day we arrived at our new home. I have since received several emails from the company asking if there were any problems or if I had any questions. This is textbook customer service. Made my life easy.
