I was trying to ship a car from Dallas Texas to San Jose California. My first choice was to pick the lowest transport quote which is $175 less than what Ship A Car Direct quoted. After a week I placed the order with the lower cost transport, the transport broker still wasn't able to get a carrier for me.

I finally called Ship A Car Direct, and Eric was really helpful. He explained the low shipping cost offer by other broker is not realistic. That was the reason I ended up waiting a week for nothing. Eric ended up finding me a carrier the next day after I placed the order. The extra $175 definitely helped to move the car.

The carrier picked up the car and delivered the car on time. And the car came in without any damage, however just a bit dirty as expected.

I am very pleased with Ship A Car Direct and Eric's service! And will definitely use them again in future for car transport.
