I really had a pleasant experience with Ship a Car Direct as I was moving from Norwood, MA to Beaverton, OR and I had to ship my car. As this was my first experience of shipping a car from coast to coast, I was quite wary about whom to contact. Glad I came across Ship a Car Direct and from then on I was not worried at all. When I approached them, quickly I got a quote and the timelines. Angela clarified all my queries and when I set the ball rolling, she quickly identified a good carrier as well. The carrier she identified were honest and upfront they informed me about a day delay of pick up due to snow storm. The very next day they were able to pick up my car and within a week they delivered at the destination with no issues. I am quite happy about Ship a Car Direct customer service as they were actively in touch with me even after the car was picked up and I give a five star to them. I highly recommend anyone to try Ship a Car Direct services and definitely you will not be disappointed.
