Good. Ship-a-car-Direct tremendously helped me with the process. The dispatched company was TK Autotransport, and the drivers were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They treated me with respect and listened to my concern about my car and its problem. I appreciated this and was happy that my car arrived in perfect condition. The dirtiness ( outside of vehicle) had nothing do to with them, as this happened during the transportation when my car was placed on the top, per my request. I will use the services again in the future If I need my car to be shipped across the country. -KQL
