I had a great experience having my car shipped from halfway across the country. If I ever needed to use this service again, I would certainly go through them again. I was kept updated and informed through the whole process. I was worried and nervous to begin with, but once I had spoken to someone and gotten the details hammered out, I felt a lot better. It truly was as easy as I could have hoped it would be. The Ship a car direct representative was great in helping me understand what was going on and making sure I wasn't confused. The delivery driver was also great. He kept me updated throughout the process, so I would know where my vehicle was. He even made sure that I would be available for delivery instead of just showing up. Overall, wonderful experience!
