What I liked most was that I was kept in touch throughout until vehicle was delivered. And the pickup and delivery was bang on time. Truly a 5 star experience. Some tips if you are doing it for first time: the driver who picks up the car marked some30 sratches on my 6 month old car at the time of pickup (scratches not visible to the naked eye) - initially I was a little bit irritated but honestly it should not matter because if you use their app and take photos of your car and upload, then we are covered. The driver cannot say I marked on the sheet. At time of delivery, we are supposed to write down any comments on condition of car if damaged. There is literally no space to write any comments and driver said 'well, this is the only sheet i use" . It will be good if one is told in advance exactly what this sheet looks like and where to write comments.
