This is the first time I have ever used a transport service so I was, naturally, very worried about who would be doing it. Ship A Car Direct received a bid from Rog Express and, while they were more than I had wanted to pay, decided to use them since it was important to me to use an enclosed carrier and I wanted to get the car as quickly as possible. They were able to pick the car up quickly and, even going across country, actually delivered it right in front of my house an hour earlier than they anticipated. The driver was wonderful and I could tell that he takes extreme pride in his job and was very careful unloading my new (used) car. The communication about the delivery was great and I could not be happier with my first experience. I would HIGHLY recommend both Ship A Car Direct as well as Rog Express!
