I shipped two cars to Florida from NY State. This was the first time I have shipped a car and I had heard all kinds of horror stories so I was nervous and in particular because one of those cars was brand new.
Bruce, of Ship A Car Direct, communicated with me several times prior to the move which was very helpful and gave me the transporter information once he had it. The transporter called me and set a pickup date which he kept. He let us know in advance what the pickup time would be and he was on time. When we we met him he was very easy to deal with and very professional which helped us feel more secure about the trip. He told us the day and time he would most likely be able to deliver and he met that and was even early by several hours.
The cars were delivered without any problems or damage.
Very quickly after the cars were delivered, Maricel from Ship A Card Direct, contacted me by phone, email and text to check on the service and to see if everything was.good. Customer service doesn't get better than that.
This entire event was first class as far as I am concerned. Both the agent and transporter were very professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with and they completed their job without a glitch. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
