Our customer service rep John was outstanding. We had an issue with our car and it wasn't ready when initially scheduled. John was extremely understanding, responsive and accommodating. We rescheduled for a Friday. The truck arrived Wednesday, which was a surprise but we were ready. The only problem was the truck broke down en route and was delayed a few days. The price was fair, the service was good, and John was outstanding. Five stars.
