John at shipacarDirect could not have been more helpful in explaining the process and contacting a shipper. The truck driver kept us abreast of his location- he was a little late for pickup just due to issues of traffic and weather but apologized profusely for being a day or two late. The car arrived at its destination maybe a few hours earlier than expected in great condition. What more could one want? I don't understand why the BBB has a few critical comments about Philly Express, unless they bypassed a broker and managed to irritate the dispatcher. I would contact both companies again.
