From pick up of our car to the delivery, everyone involved was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We had never shipped a car before and were a little apprehensive about the process. Right from the beginning Bruce explained the process which no other carrier did when we were shopping for a service. They were constantly available and in touch if we had any questions. All of this helped relieve the anxiety we had about shipping a car across the country. Everything was explained to us from beginning to end and everything we were told was accurate and timely. We would absolutely recommend Ship a Car direct for transporting your vehicle.
