I was very pleased with the level of customer service. Kosta stayed in constant communication with me. My car was picked up as promised and delivered in excellent shape on time. The driver was also a pleasure to deal with. I did a lot of research before hiring a company to take my car from NY to Chicago - and am confident that I made the right choice!
