The person with whom I dealt, Eric, provided me with an estimate that did not change. He explained the process, and kept me informed with a series of e-mails. The car was picked up on time, and delivered on time. The driver was able to contact the people involved (the person from whom the car was received, the person to whom the car was delivered), so there were absolutely no missed scheduled events. The car was delivered in the same exact condition in which it had been received.
I have no complaints about the services provided, and commend the company for keeping to its schedule.
