Overall, I would say Ship a Car Direct did a very good job. They were able to schedule the pick-up on the first day we were available and the car arrived at its destination one day early. The car was shipped on the bottom level of the open truck, so it did arrive with some oil on the body, but evidently that is fairly typical in these situations.
