Excellent experience dealing with Matt at Ship-A-Car-Direct, end-to-end, starting with listening to my needs and schedule, to securing a carrier (actually, had to secure a 2nd carrier when the first one fell through due to illness), to getting my auto out to LA in record time, and pro-actively checking in with me on progress. Matt was a true professional- honest, knowledge, and very responsive.The carrier he selected was also excellent, reliable and spot on with schedule. Highly recommended on all fronts and would certainly do business with Matt at Ship-A-Car-Direct again.
