I was really pleased with Ship A Car. All of my questions were answered by the informative website and videos. In addition, I received ongoing emails to let me know about the status of my shipment request, along with a phone number that I could call for further assistance. I counted on this company to ship my car without providing very much notice in advance, and they delivered! I didn't have to wait long from the time I put in a request for my car to be shipped for a long distance move, to the time a carrier was assigned to me. Furthermore, the professional from the carrier service notified me soon after to set up a good time to pick up my car, and he was very polite and friendly when he arrived at my home to get my vehicle. If I ever need to ship my car again, I will use Ship A Car. I am one satisfied customer!
