This was our first experience in shipping a car cross country. Decided on Ship a car direct and they were great. Answered all my questions, stayed in touch with us. The videos on line were helpful and Gaby was very supportive and answered all our questions. The pick up of the car in CA went smoothly. Driver who picked up the car was very professional and explained the process and reassured us. The car arrived one day early and drop off went smoothly. Very cooperative and the car arrived in great shape.
