We were moving cross country from Virginia to California. I contacted Ship A car Direct about 6 weeks before our moving date and spoke with Stefan. He was able to give us a very competitive quote for shipping 3 cars cross country. We selected Ship a Car Direct because it had very good reviews online. Overall the process was good and efficient. I would say the only concern was not really knowing what our actual pick-up date would be til less than a week before the actual move. That was a little nerve wracking, but when the day actually came, the driver showed up on time and was very detailed in looking at the cars before loading them. The driver was in contact with us 1 day before the delivery and got all 3 cars to us a day earlier than expected. All 3 cars were in great shape and had no issues once unloaded. The actual transporting company was Ace Auto Transport out of Fontana,CA and both the dispatcher and driver did a great job communicating with us. We would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct.
