I had a very limited time window to get a car picked in Reno. I started calling on Monday morning. A few other brokers told me they'd "do their best but couldn't promise anything". Matt didn't promise, but said only drivers who could meet the time limitations would bid. Matt also had a lot of confidence in their system and where others were concerned with my short time frame, for Matt it was business as usual. So said, let's do it. Within two hours I heard back from Matt that the car would be picked up that same day. I called the driver who said he'd be there to pick up the car in an hour and a half. Quick, Quick, Quick. The driver communicated well with me through the whole trip and pulled up to drop the car off on Friday morning as expected. I couldn't be happier with the service and delivery. All in all, it was quick and easy.
