Overall, the transport of my vehicle from Florence KY to Southwick MA was relatively smooth. The only problem I ran into was timing. The carrier knew when he signed the contract that the vehicle had to be picked up Monday - Friday between 8 am and 5:30 pm and delivered on Monday - Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. Initially, I was told the car would be picked up on Wednesday - no problem to get it delivered to its destination on Friday. When the pickup got pushed back to Thursday, still okay. But it wasn't picked up until Friday. No way could it be delivered the same day. I was concerned about how the weekend would be handled because the business the vehicle was to be delivered to was not open on weekends. Fortunately, the owner was agreeable and the vehicle was dropped off and my husband met the shipper at the location. It would have been less stressful, if the delivery date was honored. Other than the snafu with the delivery date, communication was pretty good. There was some difficulty with phone connections and the ability to understand each other but it all worked out in the end. I would use this company again.
