The carrier service was aware of my tight window for pick-up and stayed in contact to ensure that the deadline was met. Travel time to destination was not an issue as the back end was wide open. Communication between myself and Ship a Car Direct, and the carrier that handled the heavy lifting was flawless throughout the process. The vehicle was in the same condition (aside from expected road grime being on an open carrier) at the end of its journey as when it started out. I would use them again if the need arises.
