I assume the service sets a quote, takes a fee and the remainder goes to the shipper. After a week+ (past the requested pickup date) with of no takers, Eve recommended adding $50 to the balance for the shipper (the only fly in the ointment). As I did not set the prices and am not familiar with the process, they could have paid the $50 out of their commission as I did not set the quote, they did. But I did not gripe.

Success in a day or two. Shipper was polite. Eve kept in constant contact with me and was very helpful. Entire crew was courteous and helpful. Car arrived very dusty, but was noted in that condition at pickup.
