This is the first time I've ever shipped a car, and I have to say that everything went extremely well. My contact person, Eve, was very kind, helpful, and professional. She thoroughly explained the process so that I felt very confident at all stages. I needed to leave Phoenix on a Monday, but my pick up range was between Saturday and Tuesday. I really needed the car until Sunday evening when I was to pick up my moving truck. I had told Eve all my circumstances, and she really came through for me! The carrier driver called on Sunday, just as Eve said he would, and he picked up the car late Sunday evening right outside of the apartment complex. It was perfect timing! I was able to have everything packed up on Monday morning and head out for Tennessee since the car was already safely on its way. My husband was waiting for the car to arrive in Tennessee, and Sean, the driver delivered it right to our house in just under 3 days, and in perfect condition. The whole process was handled very professionally from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct if you ever need your car shipped. We couldn't have been more pleased!
