This is the second time I used Ship-A-Car-Direct to transport my daughter's car to and from school. Each time my car was picked-up and delivered within my time window. Their service is very professional and they provide helpful information which explains the transport process in detail. My only complaint would be that they (and I suppose all other companies) give you an initial quote that is lower than the final cost. So be aware that cost will likely go up an additional $100 or more before you are done. In my last transport, the price rose because no drivers had called for the lower price, so the offering price had to be increased to ensure a pickup within my constraint window. I suppose the best situation is when you are very flexible on your dates.
