Car was picked up as scheduled and delivered as scheduled. Company was very accommodating in the delivery of the car as we arrived one day after car. The only negative thing I can say is that the car seat, door and visors had grease stains when delivered. Other than that, the service was excellent. I have used Ship a Car Direct (shipacardirect.com) before and will do so again.
