Everything about transporting my car through Ship A Car Direct was straight forward and pain free. My primary contact person was Kosta who was up front about the cost for transporting the car. My credit card was not charged until the carrier( Esperanza Inc.) was designated. Esperanza kept me informed about the pick up time and the car was delivered undamaged to my son in Austin on the day it was promised to be delivered. Couldn't have been simpler!
