They were very helpful in explaining the car shipping process and promptly answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the carrier, Top Zet Inc., which they found for me. Top Zet Inc. took very good care of my car. My only complaint is that there was a little confusion, which caused me some stress. I gave Ship A Car Direct a window of 5 days for pick up of my car, but made it very clear that I wanted the car picked up as late as possible in the window, in order to minimize the number of days I would need a rental car. They immediately found a carrier on day 1 of my window and their dispatch automatically assigned my car and charged my credit card for the deposit fee. This caused some stress and confusion because I really wanted my car picked up later in the window and was unsure of whether or not that was possible. It would've just been nice to have gotten a personal call asking me if that day and carrier worked, prior to charging my card.
