Initial contacts with John to arrange the order were easy and prices he quoted were spot on, no pressure and quickly provided documentation and set things up. He and Marciel sent updates on a regular basis, so I knew exactly where the order stood. The local contracted pick up arrived a day early and the local delivery guy for destination city arrived as scheduled. The only down side, was the pick up windows on the day and delivery time for the estimated time of delivery could use improvement on both ends, but guessing that may be hard to give a more specific time due to variables?? But, they did at least show up on the day, so that part was good...so, shipacardirect gets 5 stars, local delivery guys 4. I should also mention, I checked several places and they had the best price, and ship a car direct was really, really easy to set things up with. No surprises at all.
