This was the 2nd time we shipped a car across country. The first time was an absolute nightmare (NOT Ship A Car Direct, it was Westlake Logistics), we ended up having to call the police with the first company. So we were VERY nervous about shipping a car again. The 2nd time with Ship A Car Direct, everything went smoothly, their communication was very good, driver was MUCH better than the first time around, delivered early, no damage, my emails were usually promptly answered and no hidden fees for us. They suggest downloading the app to take pictures of your car prior to shipping, which we did, and had no problems upon delivery of the vehicle.
