The service is outstanding at Ship A Car Direct! It was my first time shipping a car and John was extremely helpful in explaining the process to me. It began with an email that had many short video clips that explained everything in detail. The pick up was on the date and time I needed and the delivery went smoothly. Both Ship A Car Direct as well as their carrier were courteous and professional. I am more than pleased with their service...I will definitely use them again!
