They asked for a 3-day window for when my car should be picked up. I had a flight out of the state on day 4 so I was worried that it wouldn't happen in time. I wish I could have arranged a pick-up with the transportation company ahead of time, instead of waiting until the last minute. But I got the dispatch on day 2 of the window. Once the carrier came the transportation service was fast and efficient.
