I read many reviews of multiple companies before trusting my new car with a transport firm to move across the country. Bruce was my contact and he and his company had great reviews. He stayed in contact with me, as did other members from different departments of Ship A Car Direct. They walked me through the process and made the experience worry free! Just what I needed.
My driver was attentive, personable, and caring. My street in GA is very tiny, I knew his carrier would not be able to drive to it, so I told him to find a place to park and call and I would meet him. To my surprise, he parked elsewhere, took my car off the carrier, and delivered right to my door! As a senior, I appreciated this service. Car was mint, just as it was when I saw it leave MA. Even get a rebate and the cost is less or competitive to others.
Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you all!
