Very pleased with the customer service. Eric was fantastic. There was only one issue that came up during the whole process - some confusion with the shipper over preference of either cash or check payment to the shipper. But Eric sorted it out quickly. Car made it safely across the country. just a little dirty from traveling in the open air - but nothing unexpected.
