I had never shipped a car, but after looking at several sites online, chose ShipACar because of their good reviews and prompt emails in response to my inquiry. I received all the information needed including directions for car inspection prior to car shipping. I had time constraints on the pick up end, and John alleviated my concerns as to the time slots needed. When I called for information as to the truck driver, I was given his direct number and he was very courteous and able to give me a time range and location for pick up that was convenient. The car was picked up on time- no problem. We got a call from the driver (Quinton- 247 Trucking) 2 days later, that he would be able to deliver the car within the hour! He delivered the car directly to our home & the car was in great condition.
