Pleased with Ship a Car direct, less so with third party transporter.

We were very pleased with the customer service and communication of Ship A Car Direct. However, we believe that they did not provide us with the best transporter. We had to drive our car over 30 minutes to be picked up for shipment,and that was a day late. Additionally, the car was delivered before it was supposed to be resulting in extra cost for it to sit in long term parking until we could arrive. These should be avoided in the future if possible and transporters should have to abide by "deliver after" dates specified in the contract.
