Overall I am very satisfied with Ship A Car Direct. They were able to find a carrier for my move from Illinois to Idaho, which was not the easiest route. Pickup and delivery were both on time, exactly when I needed them, and the car arrived with no damage. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and were very responsive to my questions, even as I got a little panicked that I wasn't going to get a carrier before I flew out to my destination. The only slight inconvenience was that since I was moving from one fairly small residential street to another the driver didn't think he could get the large truck down the street, so the pickup and delivery were not exactly door-to-door. However in each case he was able to find a place to pickup and deliver the car that was very close to where I lived. Given the stress of moving a car halfway across the country, going a block or two in order to pick up the car was no problem. There are a lot of car moving brokers out there, and if you're looking to avoid the hassle of finding a quality broker I'd go with Ship A Car Direct.
