Carrier took over a week to pick up car due to being in a rather secluded area of the country. however Kay was more than helpful through out the process and even gave us a $100 rebate due to the car being picked up so late. After car was picked up though the carrier had it here in about 3 days with no damage. I would recommend ship a car direct, as well as Kay, to other people.
