This is my first time to have my car shipped. After doing my research on what car shipping company to trust, I chose Ship-A-Car Direct because of the good reviews from Yelp and an A rating from the Better Business Bureau. My customer service representative John was very professional and guided me through the process of shipping my car. Once he found me the right carrier and driver to transport my car, no time was wasted. The carrier driver Farin was also very nice and professional and picked-up and delivered my vehicle right on time. Everything went smoothly. I had a great experience and I would definitely choose Ship-A-Car Direct again to ship my vehicle if the need arises in the future. Thanks!
