My first impression was "wow". I was surprised that somebody actaully picked up my phone call. Instead of having to listen to the pre-recorded welcome message for 15 minutes or wait through the typical "hold for 10 minutes" line, Michael at Honesty First Auto Transport picked up my call after about two rings. He knew what he was talking about. I had already booked a flight hassley to depart from Florida to California the day after tomorrow, so it was imperative for me to ship my car the next day ASAP. I was a bit nervous, especially with the new car having to be shipped so far, but the service was so prompt and responsive. After exactly seven days, the driver Wilson called to let me know he is on his way. I told him the money ($600) was ready and there he came on time! Great service. It's been three days now and my car's running fine so far.
