Ship a Car Direct is fantastic. Throughout the entire car shipping process I worked directly with John. John was great and his customer service was superb. John made sure to constantly keep me informed and communicated with me directly. He always made himself available to answer my questions (there were a lot of questions since this was my first time shipping a car). I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct, and if you go that route ask for John! You won't regret it.
