We had an excellent experience. All parties were polite and courteous. Vehicle was picked up and delivered exactly when they said it would. Scott with Ship A Car Direct was in contact with us the whole way through. The only, very minor, complaint that I have is that the number provided for the actual transport vehicle during the transport never got back to us when we texted for updates. We did receive a call a day in advance of delivery though which was nice for planning purposes. Will use again.
