The trucker did a good job delivering my car a day early. He contacted me 30 minutes before arrival and I was able to leave work to meet him. It would be nice to have the trucker take adequate pictures of the car before being loaded on the truck so I could better see if there was any damage. The car had what appeared to be new scratches, but hard to know if the trucker did it or they were already there. Angela, the Ship a car company representative, seemed to knowledgeable about the shipping industry, but she needs to improve her people skills. She was often verbally aggressive and rude. I am the paying customer and she would say things like' "You are not listening to me or you do not understand." I would repeat back what she told me and she would say that was right so I must have been listening to her. She was almost impossible to get a hold of. Messages would be left and she would not return calls or emails. I would give her information and she would ask for it two more times. I really felt that the $225.00 I paid the company was for nothing. I was doing most of the work and she was always frazzled or in a hurry. I believe the company has a good mission plan in place and a good process. It is the people that make the difference.
