All communication was very prompt and clear. The driver hired to transport our car was very kind, personable and accommodating. The pick up was originally going to be a day late, but our driver went out of his way and came out late in the evening. He ensured that we could get on the road to begin our journey/move. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.
