Even though the pick up time and the delivery was late a couple days, but the overall service was good. Bruce is super nice and helpful, it is my first time ever to ship my car and I am so glad that I choose ship a car direct. The carrier is knowledgeable, and he called me 3 hours ahead so I could have time to prepare everything.
