we were pleasantly surprised. John even texted after the car was delivered to make sure we were satisfied. We were very pleased since the cars came before they were promised. the whole process from start to finish was "painless". Ship a car direct has a great website with a video from the owner of the company that answers many questions you may have. I would highly recommend them. They were very professional.
