First time user of this service. Communication was positive and honest. Car was transported coast to coast. Arrived dirty but it was a lot of miles and it had to go through the Arizona desert. No damage. It would have costed me the same amount if I towed it myself. I personally would rather have someone else do it to relieve the stress on my own truck. When I went through the web to find a transporter I was overwhelmed with all kinds of companies trying to contact me for my business. A lot of them raised the hairs on the back of my neck and seemed super shady. I took it upon myself to research who was credible. These guys nailed it and I have no complaints.
